The Apptitude grants you, referred to as the “User” or “Client”, the right to view and use the website and its content subject to these T&C. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation or legal entity, you must have the legal authority to contractually bind the entity and comply with these T&C. You may use The Apptitude to delegate projects to the Company. A project will become contractual once a formal agreement/contract is signed by both parties. Once the contract is concluded, the Company must fulfill its obligations as outlined in each project assignment.
T&C Modifications and Updates: The Company reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Updates will be communicated by publishing a revised version of the T&C on the website. It is your responsibility to check the “Last Update” date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated T&C.
General Conditions: Access to Site and Content: In accordance with the T&C, you may access or use the site and its content solely for the purpose of using The Apptitude. The Company may grant written permission for you to link to the site or its content.
Ownership and Restrictions: The Apptitude owns and operates the website and its content. You may not:

You may not edit, alter, display, sell, replicate, distribute, or create derivative works of the site and its content, except for downloading and printing one copy of publicly accessible materials. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against any such activity.
Responsibility for Information: You are fully responsible for all information that you upload, publish, or provide through the site until a contract has been signed, in which the Company’s obligations will be outlined.
Intellectual Property Rights: The Apptitude and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the logos, brand names, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and patent applications used in or relevant to the site. These T&C do not grant you any rights.
Confidentiality: Any information shared between the User and The Apptitude, including pricing information, is considered proprietary and may not be disclosed to third parties outside of the public domain.
Use of Intellectual Property: By posting information on the site, you grant the Company the right to use the information for the sole purpose of providing you with website services
